Quinoa Porridge

The recipe calls for:

coconut milk
greek yogurt
nuts/mini chocolate chips
natural peanut butter 

-- Cook the quinoa with coconut milk instead of water.
-- Add all the toppings, mix and enjoy!

Some substitute options:

almond butter instead of peanut butter 
jelly instead of yogurt 
fruit instead of nuts and chocolate chips
almonds instead of peanuts/peacans
almond milk instead of coconut
